                             Mechanism of Regeneration and Rejuvenation of Aged Skin

    Since ancient times, aging has long been a tough task that seems unable to be tackled by human beings. The essence of this task lies on the gradual aging of anatomical structure and physiological functions of various tissue organs, thus resulting in termination of life. This is the rule of nature. Human beings have ever tried to fight against the natural law, and many researches in life science circle have been done to prolong the process of aging by trying to modify genes and create new species, and huge amount of energy and investment have been made. However, all these efforts seemed unsuccessful when James Watson, life scientist and “Father of Genetics”, declared that most experiments we do are irrelevant. It tells us that all hypotheses without any results shall be regarded as scientific exploration rather than truth. In the meantime, our human body regeneration science is based on the scientific results, following the principle and attributes of nature. By taking advantage of the potentials of human body regeneration and exogenous regenerative nutrients, we study the regenerative potentials of cells in our body and the regenerative nutrients in order to in-situ regenerate tissue and organs to resolve such problems as defects after birth, premature aging, degeneration, serious diseases and apoptosis in advance, thus protecting normal physiological structure and functions of body tissues and organs, realizing the goal of preventing and curing diseases, preventing and terminating premature aging and in-situ regenerating and restoring tissues and organs suffering from premature aging. It is the only life science that can prolong aging process of human body and organs, regenerate, restore and rejuvenate human body and organs. More importantly, it is the only authentic science with scientific results as the proof, serving as the only scientific truth in life science circle. Under this scientific system, we finished the regeneration and rejuvenation of skin, the largest organ of human body. This is one of our scientific achievements. The lecture is a comprehensive explanation about the mechanism of regeneration and rejuvenation.
    Hello, everybody! Today, I would like to talk about the mechanism of regeneration and rejuvenation of aged skin.
    I think all of you are familiar with the mechanism. But, in application, say, when we rejuvenate aged skin, whether you can naturally refer to this scientific concept and mechanism. This is a prerequisite. Let’s take the experiment and topics about skin regeneration and rejuvenation as an example. What is the true mechanism? This is the core of today’s lecture and is the necessary qualification of researchers of MEBO. As a professional technician, every one of you shall bear in mind this. Then, how shall be state our mechanism? It’s very simple. We’re trying to state the truth, rather than the comprehensive description. This is the focus. And, with this focus, I’m going to deliver a lecture of “Regeneration and Rejuvenation of Aged Skin”today.

    Part One
    How shall we accurately understand and state a scientific truth?
    The mechanism of skin regeneration and rejuvenation originates from the core mechanism of human body regeneration and restoration science. Then, what is the “Core Mechanism” of human body regeneration and restoration science? We can say that the PRCs (potential regenerative cells) in tissues and organs can be induced into stem cells by regenerative activators when cells in our tissues and organs turn necrotic, aged or degenerated due to serious diseases or apoptosis in advance. The stem cells will then regenerate new cells with the culture of regenerative nutrients in order to supplement or replace the abnormal cells and turn structure and function of tissues and organs back to normal. That’s it. That is the mechanism of our regeneration and restoration science. And, what is the mechanism of regeneration and rejuvenation of aged skin? The answer is the stimulation of PRCs in skin, turning them into stem cells to regenerate new cells and replace old and aged cells and maintain normal structure and function of skin organs.
    Rejuvenation is in contrary to aging. And, the regeneration and restoration mechanism is mainly appropriate in the treatment of skin-related diseases or defects. And, we’re talking about the regeneration and rejuvenation of aged skin. Therefore, the mechanism is clear and simple.
    Naturally, you may think of some other methods that cope with aging skin. Then, what are their mechanisms? First, I would like to ask you to ponder a question. Are there similarities between our two mechanisms? The only answer is “No”. We shall all be aware of that. Since they haven’t realized true regeneration and rejuvenation of aged skin, their mechanisms are all false and are of no value. Their concepts are all wrong and are not truth. You would be totally wrong if you accept any of their concepts.
    Currently speaking, their methods can not achieve the results of regeneration and rejuvenation, let alone the mechanism. So, actually they have no mechanisms at all. If you are not clear on this issue, it means that you do not understand regeneration and restoration science. Therefore, do not try other so-called mechanism. Since they have not scientific results, how can you expect they have their own mechanism, and how can you expect to learn from them? Just as James Watson denied the research of treatment with genetics, it would be of no value to speculate the efficacy and mechanism of treatment with genetics.
    So, all of us shall bear this in mind. If you made such a mistake, it means that you are totally unaware of what is scientific truth. Then, I will tell you what scientific truth is. It is the results that have been proved. All experiments without results shall not be regarded as truth. Once we follow such principle, there would be no more fake concept. All those who devote into scientific research shall be clear of the difference between “Scientific Truth” and “Scientific Exploration”. The scientific exploration is advocated. However, the exploration is done for the purpose of results. Before we obtain any results, all exploration is useless and meaningless. In conclusion, exploration is not truth before we gain any results. Once there are results, the exploration can be deemed as truth. This is what we have to stick to.
    Now, let’s go back to the topic of “Mechanism of Skin Regeneration and Rejuvenation”. If you state it again, you shall abide by the standard of truth. And, we shall not follow the principle unique to politics and state all information, be it right or wrong. What we should do it to state the truth and criticize the hypothesis, or we can say, the fake truth. We shall summarize and conclude the methods that help create truth. Please be aware of this.
    Let’s take regeneration and restoration science as an example. For instance, your statement would be unsuccessful if the topic is “Please Summarize Research over Regeneration of Severed Fingers” and if your statement comprises in-vivo regeneration and even some hypothesis without any results. However, if you criticize the hypothesis and summarize the truth, your statement is valuable. Once the experiment is finished, it turns out into truth. And those which are not completed are not deemed ad truth. The concept must be made clear in order to further understand our mechanism.
    In fact, as a technician, we shall not receive trains over skin regeneration and rejuvenation, because we have been working on skin regeneration for years. However, I still find that you are not clear with regard to concepts related to truth and exploration and you all failed to differentiate the truth and exploration, which result in failure of stating our scientific truth in a clear manner. The accurate statement of truth and exploration requires strict definition. All in all, we shall be careful and strict in terms of scientific research and shall tell the truth with facts. We shall be aware of our advantages and shortcomings.
    Part Two
    Mechanism of Regeneration and Rejuvenation of Aged Skin
    Today’s lecture in relation to mechanism of regeneration and rejuvenation will focus on two major parts. First, the main manifestations of aging skin, the critical base for understanding mechanism; Second, the ways, procedure, methods and mechanism of realizing regeneration and rejuvenation of aging skin; Today, we will focus on these two parts. If you could understand them, you basically understand the mechanism of regeneration and rejuvenation of aging skin.
    ·                                 Structure and Aging Process of Skin
    First of all, let’s review the tissue structure of skin that incorporates epidermis and dermis. And, the basilar membrane serves as a boundary line between the two layers. The epidermis is above the basilar membrane, with basal cells layer of epidermis as the lowest layer. And, there are about 30 layers of cells within the epidermis layer. In the meantime, these 30 layers of cells can be divided into 4 types, e.g. basal layer cells, stratum spinosum cells, granular layer cells and cuticular layer cells. Of course, among these cells, there might be small amount of melanin cells, Langerhans cells and Merkel cells.
    And dermis includes sweat gland, sebaceous gland, hair follicle, nerves and blood vessels. Among all of them, the openings of hair follicle and sweat gland reside on epidermis. And, of course, these are accessory tissues in dermis. And, dermis includes three types of fiber. They are collagenous fibers, elastic fibers and reticular fibers. This is the fundamental structure of skin. Below the dermis, it is the subcutaneous tissues.

    Then, what are main manifestations of aging skin?

    I. Aging of Epidermis

    First, the epidermis starts aging from the basal cells. The cells layer on the basilar membrane is the layer of basal cells which is actually a layer of stem cells of epidermis or the adult stem cells. They are the stem cells left in the process of human development and they are accompanying us all the time, from our birthday to the last day of our life. This layer of stem cells is not always in a prosperous state. Its vitality will decrease while we are getting older, just like that of our organs.
    For example, the vitality of the basal cells in epidermis of an 80-year-old person is only 20% of young basal cells. And that of a 90-year-old person is only 10% of young cells. And, the decreased vitality of basal cells will result in decreased metabolic vitality of cells on stratum spinosum and granular layer and decreased metabolic speed of all layers of cells. Finally, excessive keratinization can be found, thus leading to aging of epidermis. The manifestations include unsatisfactory color of skin, coarse skin and enlarged pores and etc.
    Therefore, the skin of a newly-born baby is delicate and smooth. No matter what their face look like, you will love them, since their metabolic speed of basal cells is fast and basal cells enjoy 100% vitality. And, the skin of a senior citizen is coarse and loose without shining colors. No matter how they make up themselves, they would fail to hide the fact, especially for European persons. Before they are getting 30, they look young and smooth. And, after they are 30, their skin might be “horrible”, since the skin aging process of white persons is even faster than that of the yellow.
    Therefore, we shall be aware that the root cause of aging epidermis is the decreased vitality of basal cells, the slowed-down metabolism and decreased number of basal stem cells. Since this layer of cells is the layer of stem cells within the whole epidermis cell layer and all epidermis cells originate from them, the stem cells in basal cell layer shall be increased if we are going to regenerate and rejuvenate the epidermis layer. At the same time, the vitality of the basal cells shall be enhanced to regenerate and rejuvenate this layer of cells, thus realizing rejuvenation of all layers of cells of epidermis. In contrary, the epidermis layer will not be regenerated and rejuvenated.
    Now, let’s take age pigment as an example. No matter how you treat age pigment by adopting artificial methods, e.g. laser, the age pigments will finally appear again. To understand the reason, we shall first get to know the forming process of age pigments. The age pigment is one of the signs of aging skin. The main reason is the decreased metabolic speed of basal cells, or even because of that the metabolic speed of basal cells is equal to that of prickle cells. However, there is only one layer of basal cells, and there are 4 to 10 layers of cells that form the prickle cell layer. Such structure results in a continuous accumulation of melanin granules generated by melanocyte in basal cell layer between the basal cells layer and the prickle cells layer, thus gradually retaining pigments on the spot where melanin granules accumulate. And, such condition will further worsen the metabolism of basal cells and even lead to the stress hyperplasia of basal cells in the retention part of pigment. That is why age pigments usually appear in a spot and some of them are protruded hyperplasia.
    What we’ve said above is the forming process of age pigments. So, we can find that the root cause of it is the decreased vitality and function of basal cells. While adopting laser to get rid of age pigments, the color of stains might get lighter or the size might get smaller, but they would reappear soon, because the attribute of basal cells are old and treatment with laser does no good to the improvement of the functions and the metabolic speed is slow. In conclusion, the above-said process will effect again, and age pigments will reappear.
    Therefore, removing age pigments with laser is only a physiological technique, and improving functions of basal cells and rejuvenating basal cells are fundamental solution. That is why we find no age pigments on skin of youth and kids, since metabolism of their basal cells is normal. Their basal cells are young, and the formation of age pigments is a continuous process of aging epidermis.

    II. Aging of Dermis
       The second cause of skin aging is the aging of dermis. First, let us review the structure and tissues in the dermis, including collagen tissues, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, blood vessels, nerves etc. Therefore, dermis aging will be illustrated from these aspects.

    Collagen tissues constitute the main part of dermis. And, the aging of collagen tissues is actually the aging of major tissues of the skin. In order to understand the aging of collagen tissue, it is necessary to learn its cellular constitution, which includes progenitor of fibroblast, fibroblast and fibrocytes that are found in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues. Under normal conditions, fibroblast synthesizes collagen fibers, and the vitality of fibroblast directly determines the quality of the collagen fibers it synthesized, that is, if the collagen fibers are bundled, the collagen fibers are high in quality. If the fibroblasts are low in vitality, the collagen fibers it synthesized will be thin, fragile, loose and messy. On the contrary, if the fibroblast is high in vitality, the collagen fibers will be compact, strong, pliable, bundled and neatly aligned. Strong collagen fiber bundles can support the whole dermis layer and leave the dermis plump and elastic.

    Regarding to this, we have published contrasting pictures from the regeneration restoration research on rat models, in the regeneration group, collagen fibers in dermis are found to be strong and epithelial cells are neatly aligned, indicating the young state of the skin; in the control group, the tissue slides showed cavities at all skin layers, and scattered collagen fibers in the dermis that failed to support the dermis. The contrast in the research results suggested that collagen fibers in the aged dermis is loose and scattered, but is strong and bundled in the young dermis. These are real results from the research.
    What are the causes of the different results? One reason lies in the different functions of young and aged fibroblasts. Another cause is that collagen and fatty acids are the major components of collagen filament synthesized fibroblasts. For collagen fibers synthesized by normal fibroblasts, collagen accounts for 4%, fatty acid accounts for 96% and the quantity of filaments are normal. But metabolic features of aged fibroblasts are: declined synthesis of collagen with messy and scattered collagen filaments. At the same time, the synthesis of fatty acid is relatively declined as well, which fails to bundle the collagen fibers. Theses two aspects reflect the low function of fibroblasts, because the collagen filament gaps are filled with fatty acids, and together they form collagen fiber bundles. Therefore, in order to regenerate and restore dermis, it is fundamental to make fibroblasts synthesize sufficient healthy collagen and fatty acid. Only by realizing this can restoration be achieved. However, if we want to have sufficient fatty acid quickly, we need to provide the dermis with exogenous fatty acid to bundle the collagen fibers. This is the mechanism of how to restore young skin after the first introduction of regenerative substances. Hence, in order to achieve real dermis regeneration and restoration, one problem is to improve the endogenous synthesis of collagen fibers, the other is to provide exogenous fatty acid required for the bundling of collagen fibers. Leaving these two problems unsolved, dermis regeneration and restoration will remain a dream.
        It is clear that dermis aging refers to the slowed-down fibroblastic metabolism that results in scattered collagen filaments, the declined synthesis and secretion of fatty acids that fails to bundle the collagen fibers, which in turn fails to support the dermis and consequently leaves a loose and saggy skin. Why do I stress on collagen fibers? Because it is the main part supporting the dermis and directly affecting its elasticity and ductility, the said is the important mechanism of aging in terms of cellular metabolism. In light of cell survival, once skin organ is formed, fibroblast dies after 50 to 60 times of self renewal, for this reason, if we want to achieve regeneration and restoration, besides preserving the existing fibroblasts and maintaining their normal function, we have to bring the fibroblast into full play, make fibroblast progenitors proliferate and differentiate into new fibroblasts to replace the aged dying fibroblasts, and this is another mechanism. Again, we are back to the core mechanism of regeneration and restoration, only through the activation of fibroblast progenitors will the dermis aging problem be solved, the restoration of dermis be achieved. The metabolism of sebaceous glands, hair follicle glands and epithelial basal cells shares the same characteristics. However, the regeneration and restoration of nerves and blood vessels will be achieved through the whole body regeneration and restoration because it is hard to be realized through local introduction of regenerative substances. Since nerve endings and capillaries are the extension of nerves and big blood vessels, the regeneration and restoration of skin nerves and blood vessels should be achieved with endogenous supply of regenerative substances. The restoration of skin nerves and blood vessels equals the whole body restoration, for they are interlinked with the whole body.
    In sum, the cause of skin aging lies in the functional declining of fibroblasts in the dermis and the basal stem cell on epidermis. In order to restore the young skin, it is a must to realize the regeneration of dermis fibroblasts and the restoration of epidermis basal stem cell function, and it's definitely a process. We did a skin experiment on an American volunteer, with 3 introductions of regenerative substance in one week, the facial contour changed. How did this happen? As a matter of fact, the cells were not replaced yet, its mechanism is: the supply of exogenous regenerative substances bundled the collagen filaments, increased the vitality of epidermis cell, sebaceous gland, hair follicle gland, etc, and consequently rejuvenate skin. In order to achieve complete and thorough regeneration and restoration, it is a must to regenerate and renew fibroblasts, increase the function of basal stem cells, and complete the regeneration and restoration of subcutaneous blood vessels and nerves, which is closely related to the restoration of the whole body. Skin regeneration and restoration is not an independent task, it is one part of the whole body regeneration and restoration. And, all of you, the specialized technicians, should understand the core mechanism of skin regeneration and restoration, and shall never confound it with the false concepts.
                              Mechanism of Regeneration and Restoration
    How did we achieve the regeneration and restoration technology? The summary goes as follows:
    I. The Source of Regenerative Substances for Regeneration and Restoration
      We discovered the regenerative activators and nutrition required for regeneration and restoration, which will activate the cell, regenerate new cells to replace aged cells if injected into tissues. Therefore, the core of regeneration and restoration is the regenerative substances.
    How does the regenerative substance get into the skin? There are two ways: the first one is exogenous, including emulsifier, oxygen introduction, laser assisted introduction, etc; and the second is endogenous, i.e. provide the regenerative substances through blood circulation. As mentioned earlier, the animal experiment has proved that even without exogenous supply of regenerative substances, the skin turned younger. That testified the effect of the endogenous supply of regenerative substances. For human skin, in order to make the restoration faster, we added exogenous introduction of regenerative substances. Endogenous supply is the primary means of regeneration and restoration, while the exogenous supply is secondary. It is adjuvant and shall not to be relied on solely. Take one of out client for example, he started taking the “regenerative meal” for regeneration at age of 88. He is 96 years old now, but has rejuvenated his conditions back to a state of a 80-year-old already, which means 16 years younger. He never received exogenous supply of regenerative substances, but still turned younger. So, today I’d like to stress this concept: skin is the largest organ, its regeneration and restoration depends primarily on the endogenous supply of regenerative substances, and secondarily the exogenous supply. The same is true to gastric-intestinal system. Because this is a relation between systemic and local changes, and should be understood.
       In terms of skin, it is one part of the body organs. Without the regeneration of all body organs, it is impossible to realize the significant overall regeneration by skin regeneration alone. Even if it is realized, it won’t last very long. They can be manifested by the experiment of the American volunteer, he received three exogenous supply in a week, she looked younger immediately, but did not obtain restoration yet. This is scientific truth.
    Many clients did not receive exogenous supply, but they all turned younger. And those who received such supply rejuvenated their skin tissues in a faster and more obvious way. In light of the effect of the endogenous supply and exogenous supply, you should distinct the primary from the secondary.
    II. Technologies
    Currently, it is quite clear that endogenous supply can be delivered through oral administration; but we have been exploring the best way to provide the exogenous supply of regenerative substances. Here, I will talk about the technologies we are using now, including: first, nanometer emulsification which helps realizing easier absorption compared with regular emulsion; second, oxygen introduction, it is a recognized mature and effective technology; third, the fractional laser assisted introduction that is undergoing experiment; fourth, local injection of nanometer regenerative substances that will be in experiment.
    The purpose of the said methods is to accelerate the restoration But basically speaking, no matter which method is used, it is impossible to really solve the aging problem and restore the young dermis if fibroblast replacement is not achieved. The epidermis cell requires no replacement, because the epithelial basal cells themselves are stem cells which only require increase in epidermis basal cell vitality. Young people’s skin is fine, smooth, moist and tender, because it has not reached the time of dermis collapse, and the vitality of epithelial basal cells is not affected yet. Therefore, there is no need to use oxygen introduction or laser introduction for them, topical application of creams only can maintain the skin in a young sate, because the cream can maintain and increase the functional vitality of epithelial basal cells. But for aged dermis, cream alone exerts hardly any effect, that is to say, if we are targeted at the epiderm, topical product alone can rejuvenate it. In the near future, we will launch a large quantity of products to the public, if you want to rejuvenate your epiderm, please use our products, because it can increase the vitality of the epithelial basal stem cells. Only our products can realize this goal.
    III. Achievement of Regeneration and Restoration
    Next, I’d like to talk about the key steps of how the regenerative substance works through these technological means.
    1. Rejuvenation and Restoration of Epiderm through MEBO Techniques
    Previously, we have talked about the changes to the aged epidermis basal cells, epithelial basal cells are composed of somatic stem cells, basal cell vitality is inversely proportional to age or lifespan, the vitality of epithelial stem cell in a 90-year old is only 10%, so is that of the dermis. This is a law we summarized; this is also true to the other organs, as manifested by pulmonary fibrosis, liver fibrosis and fibrosis. So, the first problem we are going to solve is epidermis basal cell, because the exogenous supply acts through natural absorption, the substances can permeate through the skin via the interstitial space and into the epidermis basal cells. Endogenous supply enters through skin capillary that extends to the semi-permeable basilar membrane, while regenerative substances in the blood vessels can also permeate through this membrane to nourish epithelial cells, including basal cells. For this reason, if the client is young with unaged basal cells, exogenous supply shall be used to prevent decline in the vitality and function of basal cells; it the client is aged, both endogenous and exogenous supply of regenerative substances shall be provided, because the epiderm needs the same nutrition, and they can not be separated in this condition. In order to understand the mechanism, it is discouraged to view problem from a single perspective. Without the blood circulation, the endogenous supply of nutrition cannot be delivered, and it will be difficult to maintain the skin basal cells in a young state. Though it does not require activation since it is stem cell itself, but to keep or restore the young state of epiderm, it is necessary to have endogenous supply of regenerative substances.  
    2. Regeneration and Rejuvenation of Dermis through MEBO Techniques


      Main structure of dermal tissue is collagen fiber. As we have talked before, the regeneration and rejuvenation of dermal tissue depends on the supply of endogenous regenerative substance. This is not an imagination but has beenproved via experiment result in which rats are still young with double age. We are now supplying regenerative substance via exogenous approach to regenerate and rejuvenate dermal tissue. Dermis is connective tissues with space between tissues thus regenerative substance can reach to dermis once it penetrates basement membrane. We supply regenerative substance via emulsification but only small amount of substance can penetrate basement membrane and reach to dermis.
    It is hard for exogenous product used on the surface of skin to penetrate basement membrane unless it is toxic substance with strong penetration. However, our regenerative substance is nutritional substance and natural compound with large molecular weight. But it has been proved in the clinical practice that regenerative substance does reach to dermis. For example, the American guest we mentioned above showed signs of rejuvenation within 7 days which indicates that fatty acid has reached to dermis. Such fatty acid is the mixture of regenerative substance with regenerative activator and fatty acid being bound. The mixture of regenerative substance will reach to the dermis along with fatty acid. The fatty acid carrying regenerative substance plays two roles after reaching to dermis: one is to nourish the regenerative cells the other is to make scattered fiber into bundle like. However, the bonding effect of fatty acid will decrease along with the consumption of nutritional substance. Thus, bundle like collagen fiber will turn into scattered several days after regenerative substance induction unless complete regeneration and rejuvenation is realized. For example, effects of Mrs. GAI Xiao-xia after facial induction highly proved the point above. She went to USA three months ago and discontinued the induction of regenerative substance, so the skin turns back to aged status. But skin turns young after starting and enhancing regenerative substance induction. Of course, we have to mention that even though her skin will turn back to aged status after long time overseas stay without exogenous regenerative substance induction. She still looks much younger than her conditions before applying regenerative restoration, because cell restores gradually. Substance like fatty acid is big parts of regenerative substance. Fatty acid can be metabolized in dermis and be used by various cells in this layer. Skin will become dark if the fatty acid that can not be metabolized in cells enters into dermis.

    Without doubt, only small amount of regenerative substance can be inducted into skin via oxygen under the condition of no skin injuries. Because basement membrane is a semi-permeable membrane, oxygen can penetrate this membrane. Regenerative substance will be carried into dermis by oxygen. Another route for regenerative substance entering into human body is oral administration. It will enter into blood circulation and finally reach to dermis to nourish fibroblast in dermis. However, amount of regenerative substance absorbed via blood circulation is far less than those absorbed via induction. But most of the regenerative substances within body brought by blood circulation can be used by the cells while those brought by oxygen may not be used by the cells. The reason for this is regenerative substance brought by blood circulation carry various information of the body with biological activity after digestion and absorption. But regenerative substance brought by oxygen is a kind of physical supply which lacks biological activity. Therefore, all the exogenous approach of supplying regenerative substance such as emulsification, oxygen and laser induction is supplement of endogenous supply. The one that can take real effects on regeneration and rejuvenation is endogenous regenerative substance.
    Now we will reveal the mechanism of regenerative substance induction by laser. We should not take laser induction as one of the techniques of regeneration and rejuvenation. From the day it is being invented till now, fractional laser has no real effects of rejuvenation, except for the effective application by Dr. TAN Jun, because the theory and mechanism of laser is not true. One of the so called theories of fractional laser is to improve cell apoptosis. Then what is apoptosis? First, we have to clarify the concept of apoptosis which refers to programmed cell death.
    We will explain what apoptosis is. Cell necrosis due to apoptosis and cell necrosis caused by damage is two different concepts. What is apoptosis? Apoptosis refers to the programmed and complete stop of cell vital movement which means cell is still complete from the moment it begins to grow till death with intact cell membrane and no contents leakage. They just wait for phagocytosis by the phagocytes of immune system. This is called apoptosis. What is necrosis? Necrosis means cellular membrane is damaged with contents coming out. Large amount of contents release can cause systemic reactions. Meanwhile, function of cell is incomplete. That is called necrosis. Therefore, apoptosis do not cause systemic reaction but only immune system reaction. But, necrosis will result in systemic damaging effects and we must be quite clear with these two concepts.

    So, what is the mechanism of fractional laser therapy? The mechanism of fractional laser therapy is to make skin tissues in the targeted area carbonized in a very short time via heat and cells are gone. So this is not cell apoptosis but cell damaging. Others may say laser can lead to cell apoptosis around the carbonized area. But actually the so called apoptosis is necrosis, because necrosis can result in systemic damaging effects and this is has nothing to do with rejuvenation.
    So what is the real mechanism of using fraction laser to make skin looks like younger? Laser makes skin tissues into cellular and the small holes are the missing skin tissues which reduce the size of skin. Skin looks like younger and tight than before due to scar contraction on the traumatic area, but it will be saggy several days later. Contraction of skin can be 20 times than the normal skin. Skin can maintain young only with normal elasticity of collagen fiber. Therefore, facelift and fractional laser has same mechanism and facelift may have quick effects. However, skin will be soon saggy again. The mechanism that fractional laser can realize firm and tight skin means to reduce skin size, which is very simple. What we should focus on is that no scar will be left after laser therapy if it combines with MEBO. If not, scars may be left. If MEBO is not used after laser therapy, then scar formation depends on the size of wound and self-healing ability of human body. Then, how big is the self-healing ability of human body? As long as the wound is within 5cm it can heal spontaneously. That is why small mole can be removed by laser but large mole can’t, since scars will be formed after large mole removal. For example a mole on the skin is removed via laser, the local tissue is shrunk. Any trauma is an irritation for skin tissue, e.g. fractional laser causes traumatic irritation to collagen fiber. But irritation brought by fractional laser and burn is different. For skin heat injury will result in three damaging zones. But in fractional laser, there is only one zone – the necrotic zone. After removing mole via laser size of skin tissue on the affected area decreased. This has been indicated in the instructions of laser which said, “The size of skin tissue depends on the density of fractional hole.”. What is the reaction of skin after laser therapy? Traumatic irritation brought by laser triggers fibrocytes proliferation to fill the defects of affected area. Meanwhile, elasticity of fibrocytes also decreased, thus the affected area will contract and skin tissue size will decrease.
    This is the explanation of laser cosmetology and all other theories are just false. We know other theories are just like making up stories, because we have in-depth understanding of the mechanism. Some of the doctors use MEBO after laser cosmetic procedures and they may have good therapeutic effects, but they misunderstand the theory of regenerative restoration. Because laser do not make normal cell regenerate, instead, they remove tissues via heat and leave the spot an inflammatory reaction which is nothing but a stress reaction after traumatic irritation.

      Then why do we use laser? What we want is to make holes on the skin with laser and generally the holes are not very deep (except for scar management). They are only deep enough to penetrate basement membrane. We make an artificial tunnel for regenerative substance to enter into skin via fractional laser. Regenerative substance can enter into dermis via basement membrane and form a regenerative nutritional environment after reaching to dermis since dermal tissue is loose. Amount of regenerative substance enter into dermis is much more than those brought by oxygen. However, these holes will finally close and after repeated experiments we find that basement membrane tunnel will close 2 to 3 days after laser therapy while epidermal tunnel will close 7 days after laser therapy. We use oxygen induction 7 days after laser therapy. Two to three days after laser therapy, amount of regenerative substance reaching to dermis is much more than that through original induction. Moreover, we also find another phenomenon via comparative experiment. Affected area will be red after leaser therapy if regenerative substance is not inducted. On the contrary, the affected area will not be read with induction after laser therapy. The redness on the affected area is inflammatory reaction which is stress reaction after trauma. Regenerative substance has strong anti-inflammation effects which is not found in this experiment but just be proved via the research of burn management. We started our burn research by using rats burn model. Undoubtedly, rats without regenerative substance had red wound since vascular problems in deep second degree burn. On the contrary, other rats with regenerative substance had normal wounds like those who have never been burned. The necrotic tissues appeared on the wounds several days after burn. But wound with regenerative substance has thinner necrotic tissue while wound without regenerative substance has thick necrotic tissue with gradually formed eschar and even progress to third degree burn. Wounds with regenerative substance show no redness with necrotic tissue liquefaction and gradually regenerated new skin which indicates the anti-inflammatory effects of regenerative substance. It will be clearer if we examine the wounds under microscope. We can see blood circulation in a scald wound after being given regenerative substance, though part of the vessels necrotized. There are still some vessels maintaining circulation, thus reducing inflammation. Nevertheless, blood stasis gradually and finally form embolism in the scald wound without regenerative substance and aggravate inflammatory reaction. Moreover, we also proved the anti-inflammatory effects via experiment with control and treatment group (with regenerative substance).
      Speaking of the laser induction, golden time for regenerative substance induction via laser holes is within three days, since after three days theses holes on basement membrane will close and the laser induction is over. It feels like goose flesh on the area with laser therapy. This is because epidemic carbonization still goes on and necrotic tissue is being discharged through epidemic cell metabolism. Thus, area with laser therapy feels like goose flesh just like many columns protruding from basement cell and each hole is like a column. We use laser therapy to increase and enhance the amount and efficiency of exogenous regenerative substance induction. Meanwhile, laser causes micro-injury on dermis on one hand,,which will accelerate the activation of fibroblast proliferation to regenerate new fibrocyte and replace the aged one. But we must know that fibroblast activation must be done via regenerative substance induction to make sure that it is physiological activation. Otherwise, it is pathological activation. On the other hand, fibroblast can be simply activated via trauma. If no regenerative substance is given, then large amount of fibrocytes will proliferate after injury with disorganized order, fibrosis and finally scar formation. If we give regenerative substance via laser induction, then collagen fiber produced by fibroblast organized physiologically and pathological fiber will be replaced by physiological fiber. This is the result we get from our scar experiment in which we drill holes on scar tissue via laser and induce regenerative substance. Then, fibers are well organized after regenerative substance induction.
    Up until now, we are clear that laser therapy used in our research is only to make a tunnel on the skin surface to deliver exogenous regenerative substance into dermis rapidly. But, endogenous regenerative substance supply must not be given up and ignored.

    Exogenous supplement of regenerative substance is essential tunnel for skin regeneration and rejuvenation. But another vital tunnel is also necessary which igives regenerative substance endogenously. It has been proved via animal and human experiment that skin regeneration and rejuvenation can also be realized only with oral intake of regenerative substance without exogenous supplement. However, it will take more time and the results are not satisfied. Now we have manufactured special oral solution of regenerative substance – MEBO Essence for Skin Regeneration which can put skin in a three-dimensional environment of regeneration substance and realize the regeneration and rejuvenation of aged skin tissue organ.
    IIPrinciple of Skin Regeneration & Rejuvenation
    In conclusion, it is vital to clarify the principle of laser-assisted induction of regenerative substances as well as the mechanism of skin-organ regenerative rejuvenation.

    Firstly, laser therapy is used to establish channels to carry regenerative substance into ski, n and tissues and to cause the traumatic skin-tissue , defects. Indeed, the traditional cosmetic effects of laser are misled among people. The results after cosmetic surgery usually appear in slow fibrosis and reaction of pycnosis. It seems that the skin firmness is increased on the surface, while i, t is only the fibrosis tissue instead of normal physiological tissue of skins. We , , call these fibrosis tissues as micro scars which could be absorbed quickly, within a period as short as one month. Sometimes, this figure can be 3months if absorption is not good. In addition, the scars of large area may restore within 2 years. So the external increased skin firmness is only false image, 1 – 3 months later, the firm skins would return to its original state before laser surgery, it is invalid surgical operation. Now, we are at the trail stage of laser-assisted induction of regenerative substance, and we have some good and successful results in some cases. The next step is to apply laser therapy of different energy level. In theory, more regenerative substance would be absorbed into the epidermis as the more holes laser drill. However, to make sense on the experiment, all of our results should be achieved in free of micro scar. The major purpose of laser technique is the facilitation of delivery of regenerative substances into the dermal layer even though the chronergy of them is only 3 days.

    Secondly, induction of oxygen is still major regular operations, which can not only help to induct the regenerative substance but also exert physical massage function on topical body organs. The major mechanism of physical massage is to generate one type of shock wave on the surface skin through the reaction of double atmospheric pressure, because the shock wave could vitalize subcutaneous tissues and muscular tissues. Take body exercise for example, our muscles would get atrophied after periods of non-exercise while that of highly active in frequent body exercises. That is the injection of oxygen is a physical stimulation inside and out of the induction site of muscle.

    Thirdly, via the emulsification technique of skin regenerative restoration being applied among our club members and guests, we all receive very good feedbacks. In future, the next procedure is to nanocrystallize the regenerative substances into mega particulates via nanotechnology to facilitate the absorption and emulsified penetration into the corium layers. Now we are at the experimental phase,
    The technical procedures of nanocrystallization of regenerative substances are the same as laser inductions which is to transport the exogenous regenerative substances inside the skin and tissues. Only via the approach to transport the regenerative substances in vivo can we realize the holist regenerative rejuvenations of all tissues and organs. The other elements consisted in the skin cream products are only superficially protective to the skin, and it is the regenerative substances of product are really vital.
    All the above are the core content of lecture today.
    Part Three
    To learn more about MEBO technique and master its mechanism and theory, people should be fully aware that currently no technique in the world could genuinely rejuvenate people. All the propagandas of so-called rejuvenations are purely market speculation of cosmetic company, and only MEBO regenerative substances could realize regenerative rejuvenation. Via the exogenous regenerative substances being inducted to stimulate the potential regenerative cells in topical skins, and with the advantage of innate fibroblasts existed in the corium layers, the fibroblasts could be transformed into the potential regenerative cells once being plenty activated during the incidence of injury. However, it is only a sort of pathological activation in comparison to the supply of regenerative substances to activate the potential regenerative cells by the approach of natural emulsion, minimal invasion and induction of oxygen. When cells die, new cells would replace the dead ones in situ. The rebirth of cells and cell vitality enhancement would make their secretions appear in sarciniform. In regard to epidermal basal cells, they are originally adult stem cells, thus being free of stimulations. The basal cells function enhancement could conduce to the increase of young cell during the proliferations and differentiations. All the above mentioned, we have relevant and solid cytological datum for scientific reference.
    The major purpose of today’s lecture is to get everybody understand and master the mechanism of rejuvenation of rejuvenating aged skins. Actually, cells existing in different parts of tissues and organs would proceed with the similar transformations of nonfunctional cells (senile cells) into the fiber cells just like skins. Take hepatic cells at senile stage for example, most of them are nonfunctional cells – fiber cells, and with the fiber cells accumulating in vivo, our body is accelerating its aging process such as skins. Our target is to use the fibroblasts to replace the fibrosis cells in situ, the normal physiologic functions and ample amounts of fibroblasts would fill with the dermis later and present with good turgor, all of which are good signs of regenerative rejuvenations. In specific areas like tendon, some fiber cells exist with connect and support function in between. When people get old, tendon rupture would be easily occurring due to the functional incapacitation of connecting and supporting fiber cells, which is different from the previously mentioned senescent fiber cells. And they looked like tangled weeds in cluster.           

    Therefore, the major approach of tissue-organ regenerative rejuvenation is to replace the senescent fiber cells with new fiber cells in situ and it can only be realized through the induction of regenerative substances and nutrients. Currently, we apply induction of natural emulsification of exogenous regenerative substances, oxygen injection, laser induction, and oral administration of endogenous regenerative substances. The endogenous way is primary while that of the exogenous is auxiliary. With both combined effects, the regenerative rejuvenation of the entire epidermis can be realized on the prerequisite of strengthened vitality of basal stem cells, while for care of dermis, to activate the fibroblasts is to generate new fibroblasts in replacement of the nonfunctional fiber cells. In the meantime, via enhancing the hypofunction cells, the young and healthy collagen fibers are produced. Moreover, via the injection of these nutrients, the scattered collagen fibrils could be turned into fasciculation which could keep the skin tightening and elastic. For the regenerative rejuvenation of blood vessels and nerves, it should be realized after the holistic regenerative rejuvenation of human body because it is the continuation of holistic health preservations; for the regenerative rejuvenations of skin appendix like sebaceous gland, suboriferous and follicle, there are adult stem cells exist as the same as the epidermis which extend from the epithelial tissues, hence the enhancement of all these adult stem cells could realize the regenerative rejuvenations; In addition , oxygen induction procedure could act as the role of shock wave to the facilitation of skin vitality and passive activity of skin and body-organ, just like the proverb goes, “The Happier, The Younger.”
       All the above are the technique mechanisms of rejuvenation of aged skins, each and every one of us should ponder over them from a higher point of view. All the above amazing achievements are derived from Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science (HBRRS) which marks the remarkable solution of regenerative life world.
