On April 3, Yang Zhibin, President of MEBO Group, lead a delegation to visit Wuhan University. He discussed with Vice President of the University Tang Qizhu about how to promote their cooperation on some projects. The Chief Representative of the Sacramento Representative Office in China, Rong Chengze, and the Director of the Representative Office, Wang Xueying, accompanied him during the visit. Feng Guo, Dean of the School of Law of Wuhan University, Huang Zhixiong, Vice Dean of the School, and Liu Xiaoli, Vice Minister of International Exchange Department, attended the meeting.

　　Tang Qizhu welcomed Yang Zhibin and his delegation, and expressed his gratitude to MEBO Group for establishing a special scholarship to support joint projects between Wuhan University and the University of California, Davis. He also introduced the history, subject construction, teaching staff, and talent development of the University and expressed his hope that the two sides should explore new  opportunities to cooperate in student training, scientific research, and industry-university-research institute collaboration.

　　Yang Zhibin introduced the development, scientific research of MEBO Group and its cooperation with universities. He stated that MEBO Group was willing to cooperate with Wuhan University in such fields as medical research, clinical research and technology transfer on the basis of the scholarship program.

　　On June 17 of 2022, Wuhan University signed cooperation agreement with UC Davis. MEBO Group established the "MEBO Center - UC Davis Innovation Center Special Scholarship" to offer financial support to Chinese and foreign students to get to know each other, learn from each other and expand their horizons.
