The festival, co-hosted by the Macau Film & Television Media Association and the China International Cultural Exchange Center, showcased 79 outstanding films worldwide. It aims to enhance international cooperation, support emerging filmmakers, and promote copyright trade. Nine "Golden Lotus" awards were presented, including Best Film, Best Director, and Best Screenwriter.

"Regeneration Code," a film based on the true life of MEBO Group founder Professor Rongxiang Xu, won Best Film, Best Screenwriter, and Best Director. Lead actor Li Dongxue earned the Outstanding Actor award for his nuanced performance. The film highlights the fusion of traditional Chinese medicine with regenerative medicine, paying tribute to the humanistic spirit of doctors.

During the event, Li Li had in-depth discussions with Macau International Film Festival Chairman Xu Chaoping, renowned director Lu Chuan, and famous actors on cultural exchange and the integration of business and the film industry.
