Key Meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister
On November 14, MEBO Group Chairman Kevin Xu, also serving as APEC 2023 Chair, was invited to a luncheon with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. During their meeting, Chairman Xu proposed an innovative strategy to strengthen cooperation between APEC and ASEAN. His vision for creating a mutually beneficial mechanism was discussed in depth, aiming to drive progress in both regions.

The next day, Xu participated in the APEC CEO Summit, engaging in a critical discussion on "Aging, Pandemics, and the Path to Innovation" alongside notable figures, including Fernando Rios, CEO of Rímac Seguros. The conversation, moderated by CGTN’s Tian Wei, addressed pressing issues such as the long-term effects of COVID-19, aging demographics, and climate change. Xu stressed the importance of person-centered care systems, especially for the elderly, and highlighted AI's potential to revolutionize healthcare, particularly in chronic disease management.
Expanding Diplomatic and Business Relations
In the evening, Xu attended a state banquet hosted by Peruvian President Dina Boluarte. This event served as a platform for high-level exchanges, allowing Xu to engage with global leaders and expand MEBO Group’s international influence.
