Dr. Hu graduated from Shanghai Second Military Medical University at the degree of B.S..


Current duty:

Standing member of the 3rd Chinese Burn Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine (CBAIM), vice head of Beijing MEBO Burns & Ulcers Institute, and standing editor of Chinese Journal for Burns, Wounds & Surface Ulcers. Since 2002, Dr. Hu has been working in CBAIM, China National Science & Technology Center for Burns, Wounds and Ulcers, and for Chinese Journal for Burns, Wounds & Surface Ulcers as professor and chief physician on Burns Plastic Surgery and burns regenerative medicine and therapy for 17 years. With his intensive proficiency on the clinical application of in-situ burns regenerative medicine and therapy, he has succeeded on treating over 100 cases of extensive burns with the severest one with TBSA being 100% combined with oral esophagus mucosa scald and without one case of disability.

Publications:

Over 20 papers on clinical study of burns regenerative medicine and therapy in treating extensive burns, which have been published successively on Chinese Journal for Burns, Wounds & Surface Ulcers, and Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine.

Fifteen results of scientific research such as Medical Schedule for Nautical Rescue , Negative effect of Nautical unfavorable factors on the operational efficiency, MEBT/MEBO on the Treatment of Injured Naval Soldiers of Nansha Islands, awarded  one third prize for National Science and Technology Advancement, one second prize, three third prizes and ten fourth prizes for the Military Science and Technology Achievements.
2. First prize of Chinese Science and Technology Advancements in Burns, Wounds and Ulcers for Study of the Clinical Application of MEBT/MEBO.
