Kevin Xu Attended the World Economic Forum in "Davos"
On January 25, the World Economic Forum held an online dialogue，entitled "Davos Agenda". President Xi Jinping was invited to attend the dialogue via video and delivered a special speech, "Let the Torch of Multilateralism Light up Humanity's Way Forward".
MEBO Group is a member of the "New Champions Community" of the World Economic Forum. Kevin Xu was also invited to attend the forum. More than 1,500 leaders of political and business community, and social organizations from more than 70 countries and regions around the world had in-depth exchanges on how to deal with the economic, environmental, and technology issues facing the world during COVID-19.
The world today is at a critical stage of responding to the global pandemic. This year’s forum is special in many ways: it is held online, the context of the meeting is unique and the theme is distinctive . In the face of the crisis, there is an urgent need for the world to reach agreement, strengthen cooperation, enhance confidence to overcome difficulties together. The forum will focus on the severe challenges that require global cooperation, including building a new world order and a resilient economic system, promoting industrial transformation, and responding to the increasingly urgent climate crisis. The dialogue will also involve a variety of major global issues, including how to save the planet, how to create a fairer world economy, how to promote technology for people’s good, how to transcend geopolitics to improve the business environment and how to provide a healthier future for mankind, etc.
Kevin had announced the launch of international doctor training initiative at the World Economic Forum, opening a new chapter in the development of global regenerative medical technology. The “New Champions Community” of the World Economic Forum recognized the efforts of MEBO Group to train thousands of international doctors in the field of burns, wounds and ulcers every year, which helped improve local medical and health level, reduce the mortality of patients with burns, wounds and ulcers.
