Regenerative Restoration Science

Since the human civilization was recorded by history, various of approaches and science systems have been created for the health and longevity of the human beings.  Human rejuvenation and extending life span is a longstanding dream of the people and objective of the research of scientists, for which Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science (HBRRS) is created as a new science system. HBRRS takes advantage of the new combination of regenerative functions of nutrients to activate human body¡¯s congenital regenerative potential, facilitate the autologous cells of regenerative capacity to regenerate new cells in situ to replenish damaged and/or diseased cells and replace aged cells, realize the human dream of health and longevity determined by the attribute of human life.

I  Scientific attribute

Discover human body¡¯s regenerative potential, activate it with the invented nutrients combination of regenerative function, and further culture the activated regenerative cells in situ for the purpose of in situ regeneration of new cells to replenish damaged and diseased cells and realize the in situ regenerative restoration of tissues and organs; further culture regenerative cells to regenerate new cells in situ to replace aged cells and realize the rejuvenation of senescent tissues and organs. The established scientific system of HBRRS covering basic research and clinical application is a new life science system specifically targeting human health and life extension in human history.

II  Study category: human healthy longevity and rejuvenation

HBRRS studies the rules of human cell¡¯s in situ growth and regeneration using in vitro tissue and organ model generated from stem cells derived from somatic cells. HBRRS has the same study direction as the research of human health and longevity in fields of genetics, biology and medicine in modern life science. However, HBRRS has its own independent study approach different from that used by the main stream of modern life science. Although the study approach is different, both sciences have the same aim of healthy longevity and rejuvenation shared by all people.

1. Supposition from telomere theory
Based on the theory of telomere damage and repair, human congenital life span has potential to extend at least to 300 years. To this end, from the identification of genetic substance DNA until now, worldwide scientists have been making great efforts with enormous cost of several generations of modern life scientists, all hoping to discover the way to realize healthy longevity and rejuvenation as soon as possible.

2. Current status of human application study
There are two major routes in the research on human healthy longevity and rejuvenation, one is genetics and biology, the same route of study used extensively in the worldwide research, the other is our route of HBRRS which realizes in situ regenerative restoration and rejuvenation by human body¡¯s regenerative potential. The current status of both routes is that while everyone is still waiting for the result of study by genetics and biology, the practice of HBRRS route has already realized the regenerative restoration of damaged and diseased organ as well as the rejuvenation of senescent organ and/or tissue. In addition, HBRRS has achieved the application results of non-aging for male rats at the age of double life span, less refractory diseases and continuous thriving of ¡®vigor, energy, spirit and strength¡¯ without signs of aging for human beings during 5 years of study. This is the welfare of mankind!

III  ¡®Regenerative activation and nutrition substance¡¯ for human regenerative restoration and rejuvenation (regenerative substance for short) 

The core technology of HBRRS is obtaining regenerative substances capable of activating and cultivating human tissues and organs. These substances are not either drugs not metabolized by human body or biological products made by biotechnology, they are new combinations of normal life nutrients required for human regeneration. Theses combinations are discovered through screening tests with in situ and in vitro models of ¡®somatic cells transforming into stem cells and regenerating tissue organ¡¯, obtaining the nutritional spectrum of cell life and regenerative life based on the culture of cells in lab and subsequently composing the new combinations¡ªregenerative substances¡ªrequired for the in situ regeneration of various kinds of cells according to the nutritional spectra. Regenerative substances, absorbed into human body via either external use or oral administration, activate potential regenerative cells in tissues and organs, then, 1) regenerate in situ new cells to replenish damaged and diseased cells and realize the regenerative restoration of tissues and organs and restore the physiological structures and functions of organs; 2) regenerate new cells to replace in situ aged cells and realize the rejuvenation of senescent tissues and organs.

1. Core technology to obtain the spectrum of regenerative substance

The core technology to obtain the spectrum of regenerative substance is composed of three models of cell, tissue and organ, including in vitro model of ¡®somatic cells cloning tissue organ¡¯, in vitro model of ¡®tissue lump regenerating organ in situ¡¯ and in vitro model of ¡®culture of in situ human somatic cells and tissues¡¯. This technology is what expected to accomplish by the cutting edge study of modern life science, which has not integrated with us due to the problem of study route.

2. Composing of regenerative substance according to the spectrum

The spectrum of regenerative substance is self-made code for nutrients, like sequence of genes. This is probably the requirement for future human development. In 2002, I announced the plan to realize ¡®soilless culture of human¡¯ which means transferring the current primitive diet of human to nutrients required for cells in body, this is a new idea of diet in human history, now let all know that we have accomplished primary application in this plan. According to the calculation based on current composition code, given that human food resource is integrated, the food taken by one person every day can at least supply the daily nutrition and energy for three future regenerative persons, which not only makes human healthy longevity without additional consumption of life energy, but also provide immediately ¡®food¡¯ security for human populations lack of food. This is the next common project of human beings.

IV  Discover of human body regenerative potential

The mainstream research of human life science has been denying that human body has regenerative potential. However, a lot of scientists think that human body may have regenerative potential, taking into account the regeneration of lizard tail. But they have not got scientific data and remain the stage of exploration or scientific fiction. We reported in 1989 the successful culture of ¡®skin regenerative cells¡¯ (identified as keratin-19 stem cells later) at wounds losing skin, and tracked the whole process of skin regeneration after burns resulted in losing skin. Since skin is the biggest organ of human body, skin being able to regenerate indicates other organs also have such potential which is congenital human body attribute. It is hence established that human body has congenital regenerative capacity which has never been found before in human history.

V  Regenerative restoration of damaged human organ

Human body has regenerative potential. You can accomplish the regenerative restoration of damaged organ as long as you can master the activation and cultivation of human body regenerative potential.

1. Regenerative restoration of burn wounds

Since 1988, we have treated over 40 millions patients with burns, wounds and surface ulcers with MEBO/MEBT in dozens of countries worldwide, and accomplished in situ regenerative restoration of burned skin in all patients. MEBO/MEBT has now become the routine medicine and technology for emergency treatment in those countries.

2. Regenerative restoration of body surface, damaged skull, diabetic ulcers, etc.

Body surface defect, damaged skull, diabetic ulcers, bedsore, lower limb ulcers, etc., can also heal via regenerative restoration, which have been applied for dozens of years.

3. Simultaneous regenerative restoration of various tissues and organs

What is being talked about here is that in situ regenerative restoration can also realize in the damaged organ composed of various independent organ and tissues, being illustrated with the regenerative restoration of severed finger.
The severed distal segment of finger is hard to replant, which results in tens of thousands of finger disability. HBRRS can make severed finger easily regrow at wound and accomplish regenerative restoration (exceeding the regenerative capacity of lizard). Some infected severed finger can realize regenerative restoration via second regeneration, which means, due to the hurt of infection, regenerative potentials are hard to simultaneously activated and cultured in various organs which hence can not regenerate in situ concurrently, resulting in the wound healing without full regeneration and deformed finger. If this is the case, a new surgical wound without infection can be made by cutting the deformed finger tip, then a second regenerative restoration can be performed at the new wound. Prior regenerated part of finger also has regenerative potential, residue part after surgery for noninfected wound can concurrently regenerate and restore at the new wound and finally accomplish the regenerative restoration of the severed finger. Now this technology has become routine therapy in hospitals of MEBO medical network. The public can also apply this technology at home. We learn about the home application of this technology, which is to stop bleeding at hospital after finger is broken, then treat the severed finger with MEBO regenerative technology at home, a new finger can be regenerated at the cost of only CNY100.  

VI  Regenerative restoration of human organ with refractory disease

Some diseases occurred in human body which can not be treated in any way of modern medicine directly bring suffering and are deadly. Such diseases are called refractory diseases in medical science. Refractory diseases consist of self tissue disease of an organ and canceration. HBRRS cultivates regenerative cells in situ with regenerative substances to replace cells with refractory disease and accomplish the regenerative restoration of the organ with disappear of the refractory disease, in this way people are rescued from refractory disease. Examples are as below:

1. Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG)

As all know, CAG involves the replacement of gastric tissue by intestinal tissue and proceeding to deadly cancer. According to related statistics, over 95% gastric cancers derive from CAG which is thus called precancerous disease of gastric cancer. None of the current therapy can deal with this condition. With the treatment of HBRRS, generally within one year, gastric tissues can be regenerated and restored with recovery of the structure and function. The residential intestinal tissue in stomach is replaced by new regenerated gastric tissue, therefore, the refractory disease doesn¡¯t exist any more.

2. Liver fibrosis

Liver fibrosis is also a current refractory disease which endangers health and life. According to statistics, liver fibrosis can occur in the conditions of ongoing or past hepatitis and aging, and there is no way to stop or repair the fibrosis which becomes refractory disease. Now, liver fibrosis has been solved with the regenerative restoration of liver via the application of HBRRS, which is not extensively expanded yet.  However, the preliminary result brings hope for sufferers of liver fibrosis and moreover, it brings new lives for more people (almost everyone) with aging liver. 

3. Regenerative restoration of cancer tissues

Cancer is the most severe refractory human disease, people mentioning ¡®cancer¡¯ without exception turn. Today, the restoration effect of HBRRS in cancer tissues is being illustrated with the real clinical case of regenerative restoration of skin cancer tissues. Skin cancer tissues stopped growing after being administered regenerative substance and were replaced by new regenerated skin tissues with the simultaneous disappearance of cancer cells after about 20 days, the wound of skin cancer, like common ulcer wound, healed via regeneration. Regenerative therapy of skin cancer has become a routine treatment in international MEBO medical network, and the clinical skin cancer should be considered having been solved. 

4. Regenerative restoration of marrow against cancer

Regenerative restoration of marrow targets the diseases resulted from marrow. The current examples are the regenerative restorations of spinal anemia and acute and chronic leukemia. Although there is only a few cases, the good restoration effects are unexpected. Aplastic marrow is first transformed to normal marrow. Marrow restores via regeneration, which alleviates or control the marrow related diseases accordingly. 

VII  Rejuvenation of human senescent organ and tissue

Aging of human organ is the order of nature, which is self-consolation of helpless human facing aging. If the human life span is within 100 years, when a person passes away at the age of 90 or more, the funeral is called happy funeral because the person has enjoyed long life that only a few people can do. But now, according to the result of animal experiment, we can tell the public that the possible human life span has at least 200 more years, then passing away at 90 years old is not paying. The current cause of death is aging of organs which lose functions to support life. HBRRS has realized the regeneration and rejuvenation of senescent organs, at least being able to extend the duration of organ structure and function. If various senescent organs get regeneration and rejuvenation, the extension of whole life is guarantied.  

1.  Rejuvenation of scarred skin

Our study of regenerative rejuvenation of organ started from the research model regenerative elimination of skin wound scar. Scar is the most severe fibrosis of organ and tissue, and aging is a longstanding process of organ fibrosis. If we can replace the fibrous tissue of scar with regenerated new cells, the fibrous cells of aged organ can certainly be replaced by regenerated new cells. If this is true, the aged organ can really realize regenerative rejuvenation. If all organs realize regenerative rejuvenation, human life can accomplish rejuvenation.

2.  Rejuvenation of surface organ and tissue

Rejuvenation of surface organ and tissue means the regenerative restoration of tissues except bone tissue, including skin tissue, subcutaneous tissue, superficial blood vessel and nerve, muscle and fascia tissue. If these organs and tissues realize rejuvenation, a person can rejuvenate in appearance. We have conducted such application study for 5 years, it can be announced that we have already realized rejuvenation of surface organ and tissue with individual difference, and all subjects realized rejuvenation in appearance. An example is the rejuvenation of facial organ and tissue, there is significant change after rejuvenation. People will rapidly be full of enthusiasm for new life after seeing the specific data, and should reschedule the life, a person of 50 years old goes back to the status younger than 30 years old.  

3.  Rejuvenation of internal organ and tissue

Rejuvenation of internal organs is the key to the rejuvenation of whole life. HBRRS has got the application results of regenerative rejuvenations of various internal organs. We will announce them gradually one organ per time. For clear illustration, we demonstrate the change of small intestinal mucosa villi before and after regenerative rejuvenation. As you can see, the aged small intestine has little mucosa villi even not covering the blood vessels in intestinal wall. The same place of the rejuvenated small intestine has plenty of mucosa villi which are thicker and longer covering the blood vessels in intestinal wall. This is the appearance of mucosa. What results in the rejuvenation of appearance is the rejuvenation of intestinal gland and intestinal wall. Because the villi is generated from intestinal gland, it is impossible to rejuvenate the villi without the rejuvenation of whole intestinal tissue.

VIII  Value of HBRRS for life and economy

In the actual society and life itself, it is impossible to evaluate the value of the new life science system for life and economy because it brings priceless new life and new world to human beings. If there is a price for the regenerative substance of HBRRS, it will be a big number. But for the HBRRS bringing new life to human, it is priceless.


Lecture 1: Regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of gastrointestinal organ

Gastrointestinal organ is one of the two organs connecting human life with nature. Human lives in nature depending on the inhale of oxygen by lung and intake of nutrition by gastrointestinal organ. If these two organs are incapable of intake of oxygen and nutrition, human life will terminate soon. Out of function of lung for several minutes will result in the ending of life. It will take a certain long time to end life when gastrointestinal organ is out of function, with the life terminating when all reserved available nutrition is used up. Here the point is, if gastrointestinal organ can not intake abundant nutrition due to its disease and aging, all organs of the body will be in undernutrition resulting in refractory diseases which endanger the safety of whole life. All people¡¯s gastrointestinal organ age ahead of time, even for 20-year-old person in puberty, improper diet can still result in aging ahead of time. This is the origin of what mentioned in medical science ¡®nine out of ten people have gastrointestinal diseases¡¯. Therefore, here is the first lecture.

¡®Aging of gastrointestinal organ is chronic suicide of human life, regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of gastrointestinal organ is the first savior of human life¡¯.

I  What is the structure and appearance of primary gastrointestinal tissue and organ?

Stomach consists of gastric wall, gastric gland and gastric mucosa. Gastric wall is the basal support of gastric gland and the power lathe for grinding food as well. Gastric gland mucosa secretes digestive juice and hormones to digest food and absorb part of nutrition. Intestine has intestinal wall, intestinal gland and intestinal mucosa villi. Peristalsis of intestinal wall promotes food digestion, intestinal gland mucosa villi secrete digestive juice and hormones and absorb nutrition, etc. For details refer to the attachment of general knowledge of gastrointestinal organ to ¡°Gastrointestinal world dominating life¡±. 

II  What harm to the body does aging of gastrointestinal organ do?
There is no age difference for the occurrence of aging of gastrointestinal organ. During the examination for young people, we have found about half of the subjects of 25 years old has early aging of gastrointestinal organ. This is associated with improper diet, work stress or slimming, which result in aging 20 years ahead of time. In the examination of 40-year-old people, some of them display the aging state of gastrointestinal organ of 70-year-old people. According to the order of statistics, half of human gastrointestinal mucosa age at 40 years old or earlier, that means, 35-year-old gastrointestinal organ displays the aging state of 60 years old. By the test of ingredient absorption, the absorbing capacity of gastrointestinal organ of a 70-year-old person is less than 30%. In summary, aging of gastrointestinal organ ahead of time make harm to the body mainly in five aspects: 1) Early aging of the body due to undernutrition, this is the most severe disease. Gastrointestinal organ is the largest endocrinal organ of human body, aging of gastrointestinal organ results in the decrease of endocrine hormone secretion, which causes endocrine dyscrasia of whole body if slightly and endocrine disorder if heavily, for instances, enteral hypertension is caused by decrease of intestinal neurotensin, type II diabetes is mainly induced by aging of gastrointestinal organ, and the most common intractable insomnia is largely resulted from aging of gastrointestinal organ; 5) Refractory disease of gastrointestinal organ itself. Incomplete closing of cardia results in reflux esophagitis. Incomplete closing of pylorus due to aging results in bile reflux gastritis which induces chronic atrophic gastritis. Aging of gastric wall results in short of power. Aging of duodenum, small intestine and large intestine result in intestinal refractory diseases. Aging of gastrointestinal organ is the key factor of occurrence of refractory diseases.

III  What is the appearance of senescent gastrointestinal organ?

The importance of gastrointestinal aging is first recognized during the research process of gastrointestinal regenerative restoration. Since there is no prior reference in this field, we were shocked when the histological difference between the tissues before and after regenerative restoration was identified. People like to enjoy feast without thinking about the possibility of nutrition intake by senescent gastrointestinal organ. It seems having plenty of food, but only a few is absorbed by the body, with insufficient amount and kind of food ingredient. All organs of the body are hungry everyday due to the aging of your gastrointestinal organ. For overweight or thin people, besides overeating and other explicit diseases, the cause for most of them is poor function of digestion and absorption resulted from gastrointestinal aging. Let¡¯s learn about what the appearance of senescent gastrointestinal organ is, everything will be clear.

1. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, senescent stomach has less than half of the gastric wall and gland;
2. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, senescent duodenum has half of intestinal wall, less than half of intestinal gland and less than a quarter of mucosa villi;
3. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, senescent small intestine has less than a quarter of intestinal wall, less than a quarter of intestinal gland and less than a quarter of mucosa villi;
4. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, senescent large intestine has less than half of intestinal wall, less than half of intestinal gland and less than half of intestinal lymph;
5. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, senescent intestinal villi decease more than three quarters in the amount, density and thickness;
6. Compared to its state after regenerative restoration, absorbing area of senescent intestine decrease at least three quarters, which means at most, only 25g out of 100g nutrients can be absorbed into blood circulation due to intestinal aging.

People will certainly take the aging of gastrointestinal organ as an important issue when they see the state of senescent gastrointestinal organ. Therefore, we call the aging of gastrointestinal organ chronic killer of human life.

IV  Procedure for realizing regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of gastrointestinal organ

After knowing the importance of gastrointestinal aging to human life, we must solve the problem of gastrointestinal aging. Restoring the senescent gastrointestinal organ to normal state is equivalent to rescuing the life, while further regenerating the normal gastrointestinal organ to a younger state is saving the life thoroughly. Maintaining human body with a rejuvenated gastrointestinal organ, human life will get guarantee of young status of nutritional supply and basic warranty of systemic endocrinal function.
Procedure for realizing regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of gastrointestinal organ consists of six sections. Obtaining gastrointestinal regenerative substance; protecting, activating and cultivating gastrointestinal organ; gastrointestinal regenerative restoration; gastrointestinal rejuvenation; individual implementation procedure.

1. Obtaining gastrointestinal regenerative substance

According to the developing procedure of HBRRS regenerative substance, tissue organ models of stomach and intestine are established to find the nutritional spectrum for gastrointestinal regeneration, and then the regenerative substance is composed in line with the spectrum.  A. Obtaining gastric regenerative substance through gastric tissue organ models; B. Obtaining intestinal regenerative substance through intestinal tissue organ models; C. There are three kinds of gastrointestinal regenerative substance formula. One is market-oriented, the second is specific for individual member of life300y club, and the third is specifically prepared gastrointestinal nutrition targeting specific disease. 

2. Protecting, activating and cultivating gastrointestinal organ

Gastrointestinal organ is immersed in the self-secreted digestive juice harmful to itself. The regular self-protection is the mucus secreted by mucosa epithelial cells, like mucus on the surface of fish, isolating digestive juice from hurting the mucosa. The other is to restore the scarred duodenum to normal state via regeneration, followed by regeneration of new young villi at the site of prior scar, which realizes the rejuvenation of local mucosa. And so do the senescent gastrointestinal organ without refractory disease. First to restore the senescent gastrointestinal organ to normal state via regeneration, then continue the in situ regeneration to let mucosa villi regenerate to the status of young man, which accomplish the rejuvenation of the whole gastrointestinal organ.

V  Actual situation of the realization of regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of senescent gastrointestinal organ

SB electronic capsule endoscope is used to record the whole process of the realization of regenerative restoration and rejuvenation of gastrointestinal mucosa, helping people see the actual situation that own gastrointestinal mucosa villi regenerate from the senescent gastrointestinal mucosa, like the growing of crops in farmland, until reaching the standard of young man.

1. First of all, let¡¯s see the natural status of intestinal villi in various age groups. Everyone will be surprised and even exclaim when seeing the actual gastrointestinal status in various age groups. Intestinal villi of young man are just like dense and mature wheatfield without appearing of the soil. Middle-aged and elderly people¡¯s Intestinal villi of young man seem like dry and withered wheat seedlings not able to cover the soil. This comparative difference makes everyone realize that the aging gastrointestinal organ is like a person suffering hunger and cold in urgent need of rescue, ignoring it is equivalent to chronic suicide. 
2. Second, to show the young state of young people¡¯s gastrointestinal organ in comparison with the state of 60-year-old gastrointestinal organ after regenerative restoration and rejuvenation. You will be surprised again, how can 60-year-old dry and withered intestinal villi recover to the same young state of young people¡¯s villi! This reflects the function of HBRRS.

Next, we¡¯ll play 3 groups of videos showing the realization of gastrointestinal regenerative restoration and rejuvenation. First is a group of three-month-long gastrointestinal regenerative restoration, which means, after implementing the project of gastrointestinal regenerative restoration for 3 months, the senescent gastrointestinal mucosa villi can regenerate and restore to the state of normal mucosa not aging ahead of time. Second group is the video of one-year-long gastrointestinal regenerative restoration realizing rejuvenation, which means, regeneration is continued to realize rejuvenation after first step of gastrointestinal regenerative restoration. In other word, implementing the project of gastrointestinal regenerative restoration for one year can realize gastrointestinal rejuvenation. The other group is three-year-long rejuvenation, which means, after the rejuvenation in first year, the young state can be maintained and proceeds to younger state.

VI  Actual situation of the protection of gastrointestinal mucosa with regenerative substance

Everyday diet, alcohol drinking, taking medicine and work stress can make harm to gastrointestinal mucosa, which is the major factor inducing aging and refractory disease.
